I have been calling HSA customer service for two months trying to resolve an issue & they've been NO HELP. No one sat the call center speaks English as their first language.

That in itself is not an issue, the issue is that they do not understand what I'm saying & it is practically impossible to understand what they're saying. They have repeatedly lied to me for two months, saying they would resolve the issue. They never resolved the issue & are now telling me it's been longer than 60 days since the work order and therefore will not do anything about it now unless I pay the $75 fee again.They sent out a company called Pop-a-lock from Cleveland, Ohio to re-key my house. The tech who came out repeatedly made mistakes, broke things, damaged my personal property, & did not install the locks correctly.

Screws are popping out of the locks, the front door lock is unusable, and the Pop-a-lock company refuses to fix any of it. HSA representatives repeatedly told me they would have a different tech from that company come to my house & fix the locks. They never did, and they dragged it out past the 60 days & are now saying they won't fix it unless I pay a second time. I paid HSA $75, and paid Pop-a-lock an additional $60.

I am not going to pay either of those companies another dollar. The tech from Pop-a-lock repeatedly cancelled appointments & rescheduled times and days, and cancelled again. I told HSA & they said they would have another tech from that company come out. That was a lie.

They never sent anyone else. Now, because of Pop-a-lock constantly rescheduling & cancelling appointments & because of HSA not doing what they said they would, it went past the 60 days since the original work order & HSA refuses to fix what is broken. I've already paid $135 & my locks are unusable. HSA is the WORST home warranty company EVER!

HSA is a complete rip off & a scam.

And so is Pop-a-lock. Don't use either unless you want to waste your money & get ripped off
