Ugh so angry!!! DO NOT GET A HOME WARRANTY WITH HSA DO NOT WORK WITH APPLIANCE SOLUTIONS This has been the worst experience. Our dishwasher quit working back in May 2019. We were told there is nothing wrong with it. It just needed to be cleaned. As time went on it got worse come July 3rd we contacted HSA again someone else come out & look at it. This time they said that the motor was going out & the door latch was not working correctly. We were told they were going to order parts that day. The next day we got a message saying that they can't get the parts & we would need a new dishwasher After multiple calls to HSA we finally got one delivered on July 17th. We scheduled to have Appliance Solutions come & install it on July 26th the appointment was set for 7:30 to 2:30. @ 7:30 A.M. a tech with Appliance Solutions showed up I was not home. My sister was there as I had to work but we knew the dishwasher was getting installed today. The guy that came had a brace on his wrist & said that he could not put in the dishwasher. He said he was there just to make sure we had the correct one. Once verified it was correct he told my sister another tech was coming shortly to install it. As a side note we have multiple pets dogs cats & a fish. We live in a townhome & we sometimes let our dogs out on the patio to be outside. As they are dogs they sometimes go potty, which we clean up. Any how after the first tech left my sister told me she cleaned the patio as she noticed the dogs went potty. She also messaged me during the day to let me know what was going on. I arrived home at about 3:30 & noticed the dishwasher was still in the garage my sister said the 2nd tech never showed up. My husband called Appliance Solutions & the guy he talked to said he was the owner of the company. When my husband asked him why no one came out to do our dishwasher he said that it was because there was dog *** & urine all over & our house is unsanitary & unhealthy. At this point I was upset. I called Appliance Solutions spoke to the same person he was very rude. When I asked him to explain why no one was coming out he said that our house was unsanitary. I'll be adding pics in this post of what they're saying is unsanitary. The Appliance Solutions guy kept insisting that he told me about this issue prior to the appointment which is not true as I have never talked to him before today, my husband always talks to them. Which I tried to explain but he kept insisting he talked to me the last time they came out to our house, and repeated may times "I spoke with you" which irritated me as I know for a fact he did not speak to me, as I am never home when they came out as I work the hours they are willing to schedule, which I told him. I also asked who he spoke to as it was not me and again he just said "I spoke to you" I got a little Stern with him as I explained again that we have never spoke before, and I want to know who he supposedly spoke to, he then just advised that he didn't have the answer to my question and he would need to look into it with his tech. When I asked him who the morning tech was that came to see if the dishwasher was correct he insisted that he did not know & said none of his techs were at our house at 7:30 A.M. This irritated me even more because my sister would not lie to me about somebody coming to look to see if the dishwasher was correct. When I offered to share pictures of our patio & house to the Appliance Solutions guy he ignored me & just told me that he would talk to his tech to find out what they could work out by noon tomorrow. Again I was not happy!!! And I asked why the guy who came at 7:30 A.M didn't bring up that our house is unsanitary & instead told my sister that the tech would be there shortly to install the unit. At that point the Appliance Solutions guy again said he did not have a tech out at our house at 7:30 A.M. nor did he know of a guy that's wearing an arm brace that would have been there. I contacted HSA who were no help at all. when I asked them if they knew who the person was that came out to our house at 7:30 they also said they had no idea. Now I was concerned as now there was a random person at our house to look at our dishwasher who says he is with Appliance Solutions. So either this guy has been stalking us or he really is with Appliance Solutions and the owner is just denying he had someone there. Either way the agent with HSA said they didn't know who it was. After a while the HSA agent put me on hold for a long time & then came back & said that they just received a report from Appliance Solutions saying that there is *** & urine all over our house & its unsanitary & unhealthy for them to come out & install the dishwasher, they also added that we have litter boxes in our house which I guess is also unsanitary. I'm sorry to say but oddly enough most cat owners have litter boxes in their houses if I am wrong please let me know. As I was furious I again asked about the tech that came in the morning, which the agent advised he works for Appliance Solutions… Hmmm odd as the owner of Appliance Solutions seemed to not know the guy!?! I asked why he didn't say our house was unsanitary while he was in our house. She had no reply other than umhum umhum I understand. Grrrr…. At this point I was livid as they're now telling me that I have *** all over my house & were unsanitary & unhealthy. I asked her if they had pictures to show me what they meant by all over the house & what is unsanitary about our living space she told me that was not possible. She then went on to tell me that Appliance Solutions would call me at some point tomorrow to make an appointment for some time next week to install the dishwasher. At this point I do not want them at my house we are having someone else install it. I also asked the HSA Agent if I would be able to speak to a manager she advised that they were all busy and on calls... go figure. I work in a call center I know how it works. I then asked if there was an email address I could reach them at, or if they would call me or reach me by email. She denied my request & repeated herself saying that Appliance Solutions would contact me tomorrow to set up an appointment. Which again I was not happy about, as I already told her I did not want them at my house & I'll have someone else to do it. Obviously she was not listening to anything I was saying. I again ask for a way to speak to a manager by email, phone, mail and she just said that she would put in a note to have them call me. I am pretty sure they will not be calling me, but I am also sure that I do not give up & I will call them until I am able to speak to a manager about this issue. I even offered to send pictures to the Agent or manager in an email for them to explain to me how my house is covered in *** & is unsanitary & unhealthy. Heck I would have even face timed them or something. I will not be continuing my warranty with HSA nor will I ever work with Appliance Solutions in the future. I also hope no one else I know will go through this with Appliance Solutions or HSA. I do not appreciate the disrespect we have received from HSA & Appliance Solutions. I really hope that this can help someone so they don't have to deal with them.

Not doing work they were paid for.

I am a real estate agent and one of my clients got an HSA warranty with her purchase. She needs the furnace fixed and the contractor that they assigned it to has not shown up after weeks. when the company is called I talk a customer service department in the Phillipines and there is never a manager available and they won't do anything or change the contractor. I have a new appreciation for the company that we use which is AHS because these people have basically stolen money from the transaction so far.

User's recommendation: Don't get a home warranty from HSA unless you enjoy grief.

This might be the worst Warranty company on the planet. Spent 30 days with no hot water heater and no one handling the problem, so I ended up doing it myself. Now AC went out, contractor came mentioned I need a new AC compressor. I see my case was closed, but it's not fixed. I guess we pay our $100 service call and no one takes care of the issues. Looks like I am on my own again. Called the company and they started another case, now that case is closed. Time to get a lawyer, it looks like! Keep paying and nothing. Still waiting for a check from me, doing the water heater they promised. Company is a joke

TERRIBLE CUSTUMER SERVICE WITH NO CLUE ABOUT PRICE

I DECIDED TO RENEW WITH THIS COMPANY WHO TOLD ME MY PREMIUM WOULD BE ABOUT 70 SOMETHING MONTHLY. THEY TOOK OUT 440 AND THEN SAID AFTER THAT EACH MONTH IT WOULD 171. IM SORRY WHAT??? OH AND THIS IS AFTER A DISCOUNT. CALLED TO FIND OUT AND THEY ALL GAVE ME DIFF INFORMATION AND KEPT PUTTING ME ON HOLD. NOT ONLY THAT I OWN A CONDO NOT A WHOLE HOUSE. I ASKED TO CANCEL AND THE LADY WOULDN'T LET ME EVEN AFTER I WAS SCREAMING CANCELLLLLLL! SHE KEPT SAYING IN HER BROKEN ENGLISH THAT SHE DIDNT WANT TO CANCEL MY POLICY BECAUSE I HAD SO MANY BENEFITS AND THE HOLIDAYS ARE COMING UP.... WHAT??

Poor customer service

I called to ask if a particular issue was covered under my warranty. The customer service rep on the phone was rude and would cut me off when I was speaking. I asked to take the survey at the end of the call, so he put me on hold and never transferred me to the survey.

Terrible Service!!!!

Air Conditioner had a tune up in May. Contractor said it was working perfectly. In July stopped working completely!! (2nd service fee) HSA sent it to a contractor that doesn't do emergency service. Then proceeded to wait for them to respond hours later regarding the fact that they don't do emergencies. Now, we have to wait another entire day to get anything soe with our unit!

User's recommendation: DO NOT USE HSA!!! THEY ARE TERRIBLE!! AND NEVER LET YOU SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR.

Disgusted home owner. I have been scammed by HSA and their technitions

I have been scammed by HSA technicians who charged me $960 for bringing the water heater up to code (he bought a yellow pipe!). He left the old water heater in the back of my house for three weeks. I called HSA to complain, and they said, "the tech can charged what he wants, it is a private business". They supervise the quality or cost, customer service people live in the Philippines...total scam.

Purchased house July 2020 as a second home purchased warranty .Feb 2021 cold storm n o heat contacted HSA they sent a repair man from out of state he said couldn't be repaired hail damage charged $100.00 we ran on emergency strips Feb bill was almost $500.00 .The previous owner claimed damaged but did not have it repaired.So now HSA says its not covered!!!! We are canceling next years warranty not worth the money. We are retired living on ss in our late seventies
