Called for service repair on January 9, 2022, HSA sent A&E out on January 10, 2022 technician had to order parts and schedule the second appointment for January 19, 2022, between 10 am to 2 pm. A&E called on the day of the appointment to cancel and reschedule for January 25, 2022.

They wanted to schedule for Saturday, January 22, between 8 to 12 however I have a funeral to attend. I have been without a refrigerator and have spent a lot of money trying to survive without refrigeration. Most of the representatives were professional except for Deidre in the Retention Department. The parts are in my home that was ordered from A&E and arrived at my home on January 14, 2022, a refrigerator is not an option but an essential, and HSA has made no effort to try and rectify this situation to try and get this expedited to get my refrigerator repaired and it will be 2 weeks and 1 day.

I am immunocompromised having to go out to the store and eat out has become very expensive and I am jeopardizing my health. Worst Experience Ever!

User's recommendation: Do Not Get A Warranty with this company!

Monetary Loss: $240.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
